1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

For orders placed before 12pm, we aim to dispatch on the same day. All our orders are sent securely via courier. Depending on location, your order will take 1-3 working days to arrive.

2. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Hopefully there will be no problem with your order but should any arise you can contact us at the gift shop by calling +44 (0)8002 062388 between 10:30am - 5pm or by emailing us at info@glenroy.co.uk . 

3. WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, once we ship your order you will receive an email from us containing your tracking code.

4. MY ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN YOU LEAVE THE INVOICE OUT OF THE BOX?

Yes, simply request this in the notes section on the checkout and we will try to ensure that this happens.

5. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payments from all major UK credit cards.

6. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Please be aware that we are only able to ship to UK addresses for now. Please only continue if you can provide a UK delivery address. Sorry for any inconvenience.
