We decided to mix it up this week and get creative with our 12-year-old Single Malt. The result was a sweet, delicious Glenroy cocktail, served straight up in a classy cocktail glass - just in time for the weekend!
Recipe:
50ml House of Glenroy 12-year-old Single Malt
10ml sugar syrup
Top with cranberry juice
Cherry to garnish
Method:
Stirred over ice, strain into a chilled glass, garnish with a whole cherry and serve straight up. Cheers and happy weekend everyone!
